From 17th-20th May, 2018, the 14th World Low-Carbon
Cities Alliance Conference and Low-Carbon City Development Forum were held at
the Jinyuan Hotel Convention Center in Tengchong. The forum focused on building
a green, low-carbon, safe and efficient modern energy system. Promote the deep
integration of energy and information to conduct exchanges and discussions to
promote the development of new technologies, new models, and new formats of
energy Internet, and to support and advance the energy revolution.
The conference were jointly organized by the Low Carbon
Cities Alliance, the Tengchong Municipal Government, and the Shenzhen Graduate
School of Tsinghua University. Kong Ying, Chairman of the World Low Carbon
Cities Alliance, hosted the opening ceremony.

Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, more than 150 leaders of the
Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee of Baoshan City, Changjiang
Tao of the Deputy City, Zhuang Yu, the Mayor of Tengchong City, and entrepreneurs
from various places attended the event. The chairman of Dalian POWTRAN

On May 20th, more than 30 members of the
delegation visited the Luhua Group in Baoshan, Yunnan, and made a friendly
visit under the leadership of the president of the coalition, Dr. Kong Ying.
